The shelf life for our bars of soap is 12 months. While it could last up to 14 months, we recommend using it before that for maximum fragrance. We also recommend storing them in a dry, cool place while not in use.

We can ONLY guarantee cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an order.

The shelf life depends on which oils were used in the production of that soap. That said, the shelf life for our bars of soap is 12 months. While it could last up to 12 months, we recommend using it before that for maximum fragrance. We also recommend storing them in a dry, cool place while not in use.

1. You could have hard water. You might have good soap, but the water has too much calcium, magnesium, etc. to allow the soap to form a good lather when you wash with it. Test this by buying some distilled water or de-ionized water (the softest possible) and trying to lather the soap. If the soap lathers well, it’s your water.

2. Improper ratio of fat to lye and/or poor mixing of fat and lye. In this case, it’s just a bad bar of soap. Return it and get your money back.

Look, if you want silky smooth skin, then you need to use silky smooth soap with ingredients like goat milk, coconut oil, and shea butter, just to name a few. Vegan soap bars offer a lot of those silky smooth soap ingredients too. Oh, and don’t forget all-natural soap.

Orders placed through our website will ship within 1-3 business days depending on the final destination.

All soap is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

Once you place your order, it takes us approximately 1-3 business days to process. Once your package is shipped, expect your package to arrive in 3-7 business days with ground shipping, depending on your location.

Sometimes your package will arrive quicker, sometimes it might be delayed.

When we submit a refund for you, that refund is processed immediately on our end.

Depending on your bank and the payment method used, the time that it can take for the amount to be reflected on your original payment method can vary.

If you are not 100% happy with our product, we’re not happy.

That’s easy – yes and no. You have to read the ingredient label to see what fats they have used in their processes. Just look for vegan soap as there is no animal fat in it.
